My Students

We need your help! As we move into the upcoming school year, we need a working pencil sharpener and some items to keep our classroom under control and properly managed so that we don't loose valuable learning time.

My students are going to be 5th graders next year.

They are a lively bunch, but don't always have the necessary means/items to make learning successful. Since we are a moderate poverty school, the items requested will really help for those students who can't get the supplies to help out their classroom community.

My Project

We are looking for a nice pencil sharpener since our old one broke and cannot be repaired. It is also past the warranty date to have it repaired! As a teacher it's annoying waiting 20 minutes for students to find a working pencil. This sharpener will sharpen 200 plus pencils in 20 minutes! We also need a classroom timer and behavior card refills to help with classroom management. This way students can use the time to stay on track and also use the cards to monitor whether or not their day is on track.

This project is important because teaching is such a thankless job.

These are items that will help support my classroom, that I do not have the resources to supply for my class. I really hope your donations can help!
