My students need a NOW BOARD for opportunities to be exposed to modern technology when it comes to learning skills and concepts vital to a well-rounded education.

My Students

Imagine you NEVER having the opportunity to use modern technology in any subject area in school. Some students ONLY use technology in the classroom...they don't have a form of technology at home except a TV. The NOW BOARD allows students to not only watch, but INTERACT and learn at the same time.

My class has students who have obtained skills and concepts from advanced to basic.

They all have their own knack for learning: visual, auditory, kinesthetic and tactile. The NOW BOARD allows areas for all facets of learning in all subject areas with many, many, many opportunities to do so on a daily basis.

My Project

The NOW BOARD will change the learning process of all students. It will allow the students to be EXCITED about learning. Students will have many, many opportunities to interact with their learning other than just watching or using a pencil and paper. No more black and white markers on the dry erase board...color, color everywhere! Students will be able to write answers to problems on the board, use pointers to find locations on a map when learning map skills, use the board for science, reading, language arts, fine arts, the entire class can interact in all subject areas, and learn faster and more meaningful strategies will be available. Students who are visually impaired will certainly benefit from the NOW BOARD as well.

Donors of all walks of life...especially if you believe that technology has its place in the classroom, please support and donate to this project because it will make any student who is in my classroom want to come to school each and every day because students will not want to miss a day of learning using the NOW BOARD.

This tool that was created by a genius, is a MUST HAVE for my classroom because I truly don't want any child left behind when it comes to the use of technology in the classroom.
