My Students

Our instrumental music program is growing in size and quality every year, and the students come to rehearsals excited and ready to improve. One of the challenges since taking over the program has been a lack of equipment needed to offer my students the best possible experience.

My students are a fantastic group of bright, energetic and curious learners who have shown a lot of interest in becoming better musicians!

The school community as well as its support for our music department is growing and the students look forward to making music at school every day.

My Project

Our percussion section has needed a lot of new equipment in the last few years. This set of bells will be replacing an inexpensive set that has broken over time, and the rolling trap table will be used not only for the bells but also for holding mallets and other hand percussion instruments used during rehearsals and concerts.

All members of the music program should have the opportunity to feel as though their contribution is valued and that they are important for the group's success.

Having quality instruments and equipment in every section of our ensembles is a great way to instill pride in the students and help them on their way to becoming better musicians and individuals.
