My students need 4 new dictionaries and we would like 4 thesauruses too! We want to look up words to use in our writing.

My Students

It can be quite frustrating when you cannot find the correct spelling for words you want to use in your writing. The dictionaries we have are a bit too advanced for second grade. On top of that, they are 32 years old and we do not have a single thesaurus.

I have great students in my class and they are doing a great job of spelling words they do not know.

They enjoy writing and are really quite creative. So far their stories so fun to read! It would be a great improvement if they had access to new dictionaries.

My Project

I am asking for four new dictionaries and four thesauruses. These resources would really help my students access the correct spellings for words, as well as the specific words they would like to use in their writing. We can't wait to have this extra support.
