My Students

The best way for students to learn something new is to be able to relate it to the world that surrounds them. Scholastic's Let's Find Out is the perfect tool for this! Not only that, it's available in Spanish!

We are a classroom full of 27 lively, eager to learn kindergarteners.

We love to explore the world that surrounds us and we get to do it in Spanish every day! We are a dual immersion kindergarten classroom in need of kindergarten appropriate non-fiction literature.

My Project

These resources will greatly impact our classroom in a variety of ways. A great part of our studies in kindergarten is discovering different forms of printed literature. We have plenty of books and text books, but we do not have as much access to Spanish children's magazines. Having access to these resources will open the door for exploration and give my students the opportunity to truly discover their world.

This project is very important to me.

As a dual immersion teacher, I see how difficult it can be to find Spanish materials at the appropriate grade level. I want to make sure that I can provide my students with as rich of an education and environment as possible. Please, help me accomplish this.
