My Students

Many of my students haven't found any real interest in math yet. However, they love using iPads. This could be the tool that I need to help spark their interest into the world of mathematics!

My students are fun loving, crazy, exciting 7th graders.

They are coming into their own and starting to find who they really are. They are starting to show a lot of independence, but also still need a listening ear too. My school is such a close knit community, which is pulling for each student, each and every day.

My Project

My students will be able to do so much with the 5 requested iPad minis. There are so many apps that have been developed to help students discover the world of math. The iPads would allow me to be able to give them a hands on opportunity to learn different math concepts. It would also allow me to give those students who need some extra help in different areas, the opportunity to grow. It would also allow my higher level students the opportunity to reach new heights in their math knowledge.

The iPads will allow me to make my education more individualized.

They will allow me to find and help students with their weaknesses in math, but it will also allow me to push them further in the areas that they are strong in. It will also allow me to show more real world applications of the information that we are studying in my class!
