My students need iPad minis for extra instruction. iPad minis are ideal for helping teach and reinforce learning ABCs, Numbers, Reading, Writing and so much more.

My Students

Most of my students do not have access to technology at home. With the use of technology in society today, it is crucial to introduce and understand how technology works. By using iPad minis as extra support, students will learn the use of technology as well as everyday reading and writing skills.

Our school is a very high poverty school.

Most students receive free or reduced breakfast and lunch because of their low income. Many students come from single parent homes or are living with friends or relatives. Our students are very eager to learn but are not able to learn through technology because those resources are not available.

My Project

iPad minis in our classroom would be used daily for reinforcing things already taught to students. Students will have access to many apps that will allow them to learn more about letters, numbers, reading, writing and so much more in a one-on-one setting. They will also learn the many advantages of having and utilizing access to technology.

Having iPad minis in our classroom will allow students the opportunity to learn in a completely new way.

Students will see that individuals we don't even know care enough to make sure that they have access to technology for learning.
