My Students

Do you remember what it was like to be fascinated by technology during your least favorite subject in school? Paying close attention in school is vital for my third graders. In order to help them reach for the stars across all subject areas, I need to engage them with a tool they will enjoy.

My classroom is an urban public school where I inspire thirty-five bright-minded individuals.

Our school is unable to provide each classroom with mind-blowing technology for all students to benefit from. With our world revolving around technology, the students will be able to take advantage of tools available to them.

My Project

This Elmo visual presenter will enhance student learning in our classroom. Students will be able to incorporate and internalize skills in an active-learning environment. Not only will the teacher be able to demonstrate how to accurately complete an assignment, but students are also able to display their skills and understanding with evidence. This will allow students to interact with their peers and encourage them to participate throughout the school day.

So with your help, you will be able to impact thirty-five students' learning environment.

The Elmo Document Reader is a tool that will endure students' understanding and promote participation. It will also fill the classroom with delightful smiles and sounds of excitement.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
