My Students

Kindergarten is a fun and CRAZY place. It is where some students have their first learning experience. With expectations increasing, we are looking for ways to make learning fun and relaxing!

Our students are amazing!

Kindergarten has such a diverse learning population. We have students learning letters, while other students are reading beginning chapter books. Some days it's insane, but I wouldn't trade it for the world! I get to experience and inspire a child's first love of learning!

My Project

If we are lucky enough to receive our bean bag chairs, they would be used on a regular basis. We would use them during our reading and math centers for a comfy place to read or practice addition or subtraction problems. I feel that the children would feel special to sit on the chairs and find a love of reading if they are comfortable.

How will this project make a difference?

I know, when I curl up with a good book, I am on my couch in front of the fireplace. I hope to inspire children to read at home as well. Many children have bean bag chairs, if they are reading at school, maybe they will read at home too! Thank you in advance for any support you can give to our kiddos!
