I have the awesome opportunity to teach every child in our school’s science lab. Being a Science Lab teacher is wonderful. I have had more bugs, reptiles and other small animals enter my door than I could have ever imagined existed on earth. My students bring such an enjoyment to my profession. With my job I get to teach every child in the building. I have students that are highly gifted and students that are severely handicap. Every child gets a chance to learn Science when they enter my classroom.

The children that I teach do not have all the same resources as other schools. We need so many things. My students are excited about Science, but they are missing out on so much because we do not have microscopes. I want them to fly with their imaginations and be able to see beyond 20/20. The world around us changes daily and I want my students to be able to explore and investigate anything they want. I want them to see all that Science has to offer them.

My students will have the opportunity to work together and learn more about science with Microscopes. They will be able to see science in a whole new way. Explore the world around them a little closer. Investigate anything that they want to know more about. And mostly fall in love with Science a little more.

Your help will make it possible for my students and the countless number of students that will enter our school in years to come to find a love for Science. What a difference it will make for my students and our science lab.
