My Students

Teaching kids how to use technology is a growing trend. It is so important that kids know how to navigate and use technology as it is becoming more important. With technology resources at a minimum, it is hard to teach them how to use these new technological tools.

My students come from a variety of backgrounds, many on free and reduced lunch.

We are a blue ribbon school and aim to provide our students with the best education possible, but our technology for student use is limited in the classroom. Our students are eager to learn new things, and with the use of these iPads, we will be able to explore different media to grow our learning.

My Project

I am asking for 2 iPads for my students to use during independent learning time. They will be able to go on different apps to build their skills in reading and math. They will learn how to navigate online searches. This will allow us to use them to do research for different writing projects towards the end of the year. The opportunities the iPads will provide us will be endless.

This project is so important to me because I want to provide my students with new and engaging opportunities.

By teaching them how to use this new technology, I will be able to teach them independence, technology skills, and so much more. My students deserve the very best opportunities, and these iPads will open so many doors.
