Our students exemplify passionate readers, learners, makers and doers. These curious students have embraced opportunities such as Genius Hour to explore topics that drive their questions and curiosities. They come to the library at recess to share their ideas, join literacy discussions and have fun with books. They cannot wait to connect with another class or expert from around the world (via Skype) to share in new learning. These students believe that they can make a difference in the world and are making it happen daily. These small explorers are also creators. Whether it is artwork or staying after school to create stop action videos, our students imaginations never rest. While it is a small school, it is one with a big heart.
