My students are a diverse group of loving, energetic, fun, happy, and eager to learn 3-5 year olds. All students in our program are either special needs or eligible by household income making them at risk for school failure. The children I work with are excited about school and love to learn and do so through play. We explore many different concepts through our play and free choice play is where my students spend the majority of their day. This makes the materials and resources in my classroom so important to their learning and school success. Every day is a new adventure in my classroom and we all learn together.
