My students are great kids who have few opportunities for learning outside of school. They need your help! Our community is a rural, low income area. Our school is small (less than 150 students in pk-8). We have a large number of students who have difficulty learning through traditional methods. They learn so much better through hands-on experiences. However, being a "poor" school district limits our resources and we are unable to do as much as we would like to (and NEED to) do. I hope to use this project to inspire students to study science and to take care of our natural resources.
