My students are highly motivated and respectful. Students value the importance of an education and nearly 85% pursue education beyond high school. They attend a middle school and high school that are located on the same campus. My students need the opportunity to integrate their mobile technology in the classroom setting. These students already possess access to mobility technology, but need an avenue to use it in an educational setting as a 21st century learner. The Common Core standard of communication and collaboration can be effectively addressed by accessing technology resources in the modern classroom. My students would be able to participate collaboratively in the classroom using free apps that include: Socrative, Padlet, Collaborize, Google Docs, and Educreations to help flip the classroom.
