I teach in a combined kindergarten through eighth grade school in a rural location surrounded by cotton and tobacco fields. We are a Title I school, which means that more than 50% of our students are on the Free or Reduced Lunch Program. Our school is full of hardworking and dedicated faculty and staff. The staff motivates students to succeed and grow. The students I teach are 12-13 years old. My students are willing to work hard. Each day, students demonstrate their ability to learn and adapt in my classroom. These children have the determination to triumph!
