My students are as diverse as California. While there are some who have grown up in "native" Californian households, many others have come from or have been born to families who have come to California, as many have come before them, from all corners of the world. They speak many languages, and have cultures and traditions that are quite different. Yet they are all digital natives and technology is a powerful learning tool for each of them. Each year, these digital natives are more capable of using tools to demonstrate their learning in equally diverse ways. What an exciting time to be in education!

About my class
