My students are a class of special needs students in 2nd and 3rd grade. This group of learners started the year as very reluctant readers, but they are beginning to transition into confident readers. While it's amazing to see this motivation, they are part of a fast-paced technology driven world and it takes a lot to hold their attention and keep them motivated. These special learners are energetic and love using Technology. These students look forward to using technology in our classroom and, whenever possible, I like to expose them to technology they do not have access to at home. Whenever they have a chance to use any technology in the classroom, they are so thankful and motivated it is hard to take it away at the end of the period.
