How to understand your order status:

The vendor has received and confirmed your order for this item. The item should arrive at your school within 4 weeks and if there's more than one item they may arrive in separate shipments. Tell your school office or any individuals who receive packages that you're expecting these materials.
- Not available. Click here to choose a replacement.
The item you requested is not available from this vendor. Click the link to complete a replacement order form.
- Backordered. Expected Ship Date: MM/DD/YY
Your item is on backorder. Tell your school office or any individuals who receive packages that you're expecting these materials. If you don't receive your item(s) shortly after the expected ship date (or within 6 weeks of the order date if there's no expected ship date), contact us.
