Why is my Thank-You Punctuality less than 100%?

Your Thank-You Punctuality is calculated based on the points you have earned for the following activities:

  • Responding within 6 days to our funding confirmation email
  • Submitting a thank-you package on or before the deadline
  • Submitting a complete and compelling thank-you package

If you have lost points for any of the above criteria for a funded project, your Thank-You Punctuality will be less than 100%. To find out where you might have lost points, visit your teacher account page and access the link entitled "What points have I earned, spent, or lost?" This will show you a detailed summary of your points activity.

If a teacher has not yet been funded, or they’ve been funded but their thank-you due date has not yet arrived, this teacher’s thank-you punctuality will appear as “N/A.”

If you believe your Thank-You Punctuality percentage is incorrect, please fill out our Contact Us form with the issue area “My Points.”
