What is thank-you punctuality?
The phrase “Thank-you punctuality” appears in the left-hand column next to each project posted on our site. Thank-you punctuality is a percentage that represents a teacher’s existing track record of submitting follow-up for his or her donors. This follow-up includes:
- Responding within 6 days to our funding confirmation email
- Submitting a thank-you package on or before the deadline
- Submitting a complete and compelling thank-you package

If a teacher has not yet been funded, or they’ve been funded but their thank-you due date has not yet arrived, this teacher’s thank-you punctuality will appear as “N/A.”
