I responded to my funding confirmation email and submitted my interim thank-you note for the donors. When will I earn a point for doing this?
Points for funding confirmation are awarded after DonorsChoose.org staff have screened and approved your interim thank-you note for your donors. We aim to screen all thank-you notes within 10 days.
Please note that points for funding confirmation are calculated as follows:
- 1 point if you confirm within 6 days of your project’s date of funding
- 0 points if you confirm within 7-10 days of your project’s date of funding
- -1 points if you confirm after 10+ days of your project’s date of funding
