What if my venue for a class trip needs a deposit to hold my reservation?
Certain performances or venues require an early deposit in order to hold the reservation. Thus, in order to ensure that payment is made in a timely fashion and to forestall the request for reimbursements, your project's expiration date must be set four weeks prior to the due date for the deposit.
Because funding for proposals is not guaranteed, we cannot make advance payment for these reservations, nor can we reimburse a teacher or school for the deposit.
