What do I do if I want to buy my students lunch or a memento while we’re on our trip? What if we take the subway or other form of mass transit?
You may request funds for these items during the submission process. You should include the price of these experiences/items in your total cost for the trip. If your project is fully funded, costs for meals, bus or subway tickets, and souvenirs will be handled as reimbursements. We will notify you regarding the purchasing process and you should not purchase any items unless you receive instructions to do so.
