What should I do if I haven't received the materials for a funded project?
Materials usually arrive within 4 weeks with the exception of magazine subscriptions and large items (e.g. furniture, rugs, materials that require freight shippint), which can take upto 6 weeks.
If you've waited at least 4 weeks for your materials, first check with colleagues and the appropriate person in your school's main office. We've found that packages are often signed for and misplaced before reaching the right teacher.
If your materials aren't found after taking these steps, contact us immediately. Select "Missing Materials for a Fully-funded Project" and choose the appropriate subcategory to let us know if you are missing some or all of your materials.
