How can I find out who donated to my project?
Each donor’s first name, city, and state are listed next to the projects they have funded in the “Meet the Donors” section of every project page. If a donor has opted to remain anonymous, they will be listed as “a donor."
Beyond the information published on our website under “Meet the Donors,” DonorsChoose.org cannot release donor names for partially funded projects.
If your project has been fully funded, your Thank-You Kit instructions will include a list of all donors who should receive a Thank-You Package from you and your students. Please note that only donors who contribute $100 or more or who give the final amount needed to complete a project's funding will receive a Thank-You Package. All donors receive your interim thank-you note - which you submit when you are first notified of your project funding - via email.
