What are my responsibilities when using DonorsChoose.org?

After you submit a project, we rely on you to: 1. Check your teacher account often so you know what's happening with your projects.
2. Edit your teacher profile if any information changes.
If your project is fully funded:
1. You'll get an email titled: "You've been funded so we need your confirmation." Click on the link in the email and confirm you still want the materials ASAP!
We will then purchase the materials and have them delivered to your school. We'll also send you a stamped envelope with a disposable camera and instructions, so you can:
2. Make a thank-you package for your donors.
We'll ask you to:
-Take photographs of the activity.
- Lead the class in writing thank-you letters to your donor(s)
- Write a Teacher Impact letter
The instructions will be sent to you inside the manila feedback envelope which will come a couple weeks after you confirm you want the materials.
