My kids love getting new books and pencils, but they can never remember which one is theirs!
I am a special education teacher in a high poverty elementary school.
I teach in a self contained sensory and language development center. I have kids with a range of disabilities including developmental delays, emotional disturbances, hearing impairments, autism and selective mutism.
My Project
My kids love getting new materials and love being able to use their own materials, but they can never remember which materials are theirs! Although they don't mind sharing their materials, they also like to be able to use special pencils that were given to them. Since my students materials are kept together in an organizer on each label, the kids items are always mixed together. With an Epson Labelworks Labelmaker, I will be able to label my students pencils, books, glue sticks and more so they will know exactly which items are their resources to use. I will also be able to label items around the classroom so they will know where to find other resources. These Epson label materials will keep my classroom and my kiddos much more organized!
This project will help keep my classroom and my students neat and organized.
My kids will be so excited to learn that they can label their items so they know exactly which things belong to them!
