My Students

Have you found yourself lost in a great book? My students love to read and are rocketing through our classroom library. We need more books!

About 40% of the students in my classroom come from Spanish-speaking homes, and over 80% of my students qualify for the free/reduced lunch program.

It's important that our classroom be filled with many reading choices, as many of my students do not have books in their homes. I'm excited that my students have learned the joy of reading, but it's vital we increase the number of books they have available to them!

My Project

I'm excited that my students have learned the joy of reading, but it's vital we increase the number of books they have available to them! The addition of these books will allow these little ones to become better readers, and give them the power of reading.

Reading is a skill that gives power.

Your help in providing these 25 little ones with more books to read will help them improve their reading skills which will have a major impact on their lives. Thank you for helping give them the power of reading!
