My Students

Have you ever read a book so good that you immediately went out and bought it for your best friend?

My students are the kind of readers who love to share their favorite books with each other.

Unfortunately, out here in the country we don't have a lot of resources for buying new books. Some of their enthusiasm for reading and sharing has dried up as the book selection has grown thinner.

My Project

These books will refresh the book selection and my reader's attitudes. Some books will be multiples so kids can read the same book at the same time, some books will replace much loved (and lost) favorites, and some will be brand new additions to a much used classroom library.

These books will mean the world to some ravenous readers!

They want to read, but they need books to do so. Please make their year, and their next year too! Grant them their wish of more books to read.
