Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are a terrific group of third graders.

We are a small public elementary school in New York.

My students are working hard this year to succeed and to learn all they can. When the summer comes, we want to keep practicing everything we have learned, so we can hang on to all that knowledge! We want to keep our minds sharp over the summer.

My Project

My students need Summer Bridge practice books, so they can keep all of their skills sharp. These books are colorful and engaging. My students are sure to keep up their reading, math and puzzle solving practice a little bit every day over the July and August summer break. These Summer Bridge practice books will provide important daily skills practice for my students. This will ensure that when they come back to school in September 2012, they will be sharp and ready for fourth grade!

Many students go into a "slump" over the summer break.

These summer practice books will keep my students engaged and thinking over the summer. Become our partner in my students' continuing growth and success.
