Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Our reading and math programs have many innovative activities that require Internet access. With this computer and my document reader we will be able to use them. This will make our lessons so much more exciting!!

We are a title 1 school and many of the students in my classroom do not have Internet access at home.

Having a laptop in the classroom will allow them the chance to work online and create work using the word program. I have second language learners and being able to use the Internet activities with my document reader will help these students, because they will be able to see what we are learning about.

My Project

Having a document reader in my classroom this year has been great. I am able to project the work we are doing onto the white board. With the laptop I will be able to access unlimited resources and activities. Our Math and Language arts programs enable me to project all of the lessons which makes paying attention much easier!

Not only will this make learning more fun.

The students will have the opportunity to create papers and reports using the laptop. For some it will be their first experience writing on a computer.
