My Students

My students love art class, but due to a restricted budget our activities have been limited.

Our children attend a public school in the inner city.

Ninety percent of our students live below the poverty level. Our school struggles to receive the funds needed to run a successful art program. I would love to give my students the opportunity to explore more than the basics of art.

My Project

I would like my elementary students to be able to explore 3 dimensional art. I plan to introduce them to various sculptors and prominent 3 dimensional pieces, as well as explore the art of other cultures. With the Model Magic I can give my students the opportunity to produce their own sculptures.

Your generosity will enable my students to explore new materials and use their creativity in a way they never have before.

This medium will also enable me to tap into the minds of my tactile learners.
