Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Having more options to move around during the day, we are finally going to be able to have an art center. It will be great to finally see my students show their creativity.

My students range from Kindergarten through Third Grade.

They are students who do not communicate verbally. They express their feelings and needs via pictures. They are students in a public school and a very challenging district. Budget cuts have affected our classroom in many different ways.

My Project

My students need need more resources such as Big Book Racks,Paints and paper and many Word Learning Games, puzzles and letters. We are moving a bigger room and are finally going to have room for centers. With these resources we will be able to finally have centers. My students will have the opportunity to use an easel to paint instead of having to do it at a table. They will have the opportunity to do different puzzles and play games during recess time.

This project is very important to our class.

We have been victims of the budget cuts and the financial situation that our district is facing. If we do not have these items donated then we are not going to be able to have them at all. Your donation will put smiles on everyone faces as they learn to love Art.
