Paper, Paper, No Where to be Found

My students need 40 cases of copy paper to be able to do all the projects and extra practice needed to be ready for the EOIs.

My Students

Can you imagine being 6 weeks into the school year and being told that the ten cases of paper the high school started the year with would have to last all year. I immediately tried to start thinking of ways to cut down on copies. Where could I cut corners?

As a teacher at a small rural school in Oklahoma in a high poverty district I'm used to having to cut corners but not being able to make copies is not feasible for me.

My students need to be able to receive extra practice worksheets for skills that the textbooks just don't provide enough problems on. In addition, my parents need to be able to receive notes home as needed.

My Project

That's why I'm coming to you and asking you to help me out. I give each student a weekly update that shows how they've done on each assignment for the week that they take home for their parents to see and sign. That away students don't fall very far behind because they have both their parents and myself working with them. In addition I need paper to run off practice worksheets for at risk students to be able to do extra practice.

Having the needed paper will make a huge difference this year.

Please help me provide my students with the tools needed to achieve success. By helping me obtain this paper you will ensure that my parents and students are kept up to date and that the students have the extra practice needed.
