Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
I am a Second Grade teacher in a suburban Title One school. Our school is small and is very quickly being outgrown! For that reason, my students and I enjoy learning every day in our Portable Classroom. Space is very limited, however the love for learning within our classroom is endless!
My classroom consists of many students who need additional support in all academic areas.
Many of my students do not have access to the necessary learning tools at home, so the presence of this in the classroom is vital to their education. My students are eager to learn and I work diligently each day to instill within them the love for learning. I love to supply my students with interactive learning tools and experiences that make learning fun.
My Project
With your help my students can engage in a variety of activities using Pocket Charts. We will use our Pocket Charts daily in all aspects of our classroom. We will use Pocket Charts to aid in learning Reading skills, Math facts, Science and Social Studies, Center activities, and much more! My students are sure to love the Pocket Charts, and as a teacher, the possibilities are endless in creating fun, interactive, learning games for my students!
