My Students

Do you remember sitting in music class and watching the other students play a really cool instrument? That's what my students have to do at our school because we only have 4 drums and no rain-sticks! Please help put more instruments in the hands of my wonderful students!

I teach music to 670 kindergarten through fifth grade students in a brand new public school.

As a new school, we only have basic equipment and really need your help. These students love music and are very eager to sing, dance, play, and compose/improvise music. All of the students at my school come to music once a week for 45 minutes. All 670 students will play these instruments.

My Project

These brightly colored Rain Forest drums will inspire my students to explore music and the joy it gives them. Drums give students confidence in their ability to read and write/improvise music because they are very simple instruments to play but make the students sound very accomplished.

Please help put these "Rain Forest" instruments in the hands of my super students.
