My Students

We all remember what it was like the first day of school. It is a time of mixed emotions. We feel excited about a new year, nervous about our new teacher, scared about a new environment. How do you think you would feel walk in the first day with nothing?

This is what it is like for most of my students.

My students are a wonderful mix of personalities, cultures, and ethnicities. They are full of spirit and good nature, however many of my students despite their enduring spirit live hard lives. I work with a population of students living entirely below poverty level.

My Project

We need pencils, crayons, markers and notebooks to start the new school year! Imagine giving these little children a fresh start. A start where it doesn't matter if you come with nothing because you get everything you need to learn. You are equal with all the other students because you all have the same supplies and materials. My students will learn it all if given a fair chance to!

My students give me hope.

They are my future, but they are also yours! Donating to this project doesn't just put crayons and pencils in students desks, it gives our future leaders the chance and push they need!
