My Students

I am currently teaching five classes of Geometry students who are getting themselves ready for college by taking the course earlier than most students in other schools. Most of my students are 9th graders and they are taking a 10th grade math class.

Students need to pass the Geometry Regents this year in order to get into an AP math class before graduation.

We are working on that together! We are helping them to get college credits while they are in high school. We get very limited materials from the school, and I would really like to enrich their learning by providing different tools for hands-on lessons.

My Project

Withe the Geo-leg set, students can build and see the relationships among the angles and the sides of a polygon easily. This is a very powerful, hands-on learning tool and I would like to have a classroom set enough for 34 students to use at one time. Because it will take 3 pieces to create a triangle, so a large number of these legs are needed for the entire class.

I am sure that my students will put your donation to good use, and I thank you for making it easier for my kids to learn, and your donation in advance.
