My Students

If you don't use it you'll lose it. This is definitely true when it comes to my first grades. They often forget a skill that has been taught to them earlier.

My students are at a title one school that has made AYP every year that it has been open.

This school is set in an area that has a low socio-economic status, and many single parent homes. This school is also a school of the arts. Therefore, these children are not only expected to learn their standards but the arts (dance, drama, music, and art) are integrated into the lessons. These classrooms are taught with rigor.

My Project

I am asking you to help me so that my students do not "forget" what they were taught. These wonderful language and math journals will allow me to take any "down-time" and turn in into a quick review. These little reviews will make sure that my students do not forget about any of the information that they have learned but instead keep it! My students will be able to apply what they have learned better.
