My Students

My students were born at the beginning of the 21st Century! They are children who live and breathe technology and its rapid changes and advancements. A netbook will provide teacher-directed communication and collaborative opportunities with students outside our local area.

My students are NOT the least bit amazed with technology!

They "expect" technology to enable them to reach out and explore the world! They "gobble" up every opportunity to learn and use the latest piece of technology, hardware or software, that I can provide.

My Project

Collaborative projects provide the real life learning experiences that are a part of the 21st Century Literacy Skills. My students become so committed to research and quality presentations when they are involved with students outside our own school. A netbook and chill pad will give my students the mobility to observe, record, research,and communicate from any location.
