My Students

Have you ever see the enthusiasm of a child who is learning to read? She wants to read and absorb all she can from the world around her.

PLEASE help these first grade special needs students who attend a Title I public school in one of the greatest cities in the world.

They have a love of being Kind & Gentle, always looking out for one another and behaving in the most positive manner to foster a safe and nurturing school community.

My Project

Times for KIDS will arm underprivileged children with the knowledge of the world, with the understanding of those around them, with the empowerment to read, ask questions and take a stand on the world's most important issues. Through Times for KIDS, we will learn together about topics that otherwise go unheard of in a class environment. Students will learn how to become both compassionate and open while building an understanding of various points of view.
