My Students

Agh!! It is so frustrating when wonderful donors, like yourself, provide wonderful resources like a digital writing center only to have our classroom computer fritz out. Now we have a wonderful printer that we get to look at and not use!

Refugees and high priority students make the demographic of my second grade classroom.

My classroom is 100% free or reduced lunch. I spend my school money on classroom supplies for my students and there is none left to enrich our curriculum to make it interesting to the students. Please help encourage the use of technology by donating a computer.

My Project

I have found an Apple MacBook Pro that will work with all of the current software and resources that have been generously donated. Having a laptop will allow the students more freedom to do their work as well as free up counter space. I know that an Apple is a little more expensive, however all our our researched-based software that we use is Apple based. I want for any donation to be able to be utilized to its fullest potential.

The donations that I have received this year have had a tremendous impact on my classroom.

My students have improved their proficiency rate from 58% to 92%. This is due to the resources that have been generously provided. Please donate a computer so that we can continue to utilize our equipment and our potential!
