Mistah, What French Sound Like?

My students need a Companion 3 sound system that would allow the class to learn through listening!

My Students

Student: "Mistah, I like for hear French." Mistah (teacher): Well, if we only had something louder than these old laptop speakers!

My students are the most lively and curious bunch of high schoolers there is!

This is the first time they are learning French and really desire a 21st century experience! They want to see, HEAR, and taste France, not just learn about it from... well, we don't even have French books!

My Project

The Companion III sound system would provide a juicy auditory experience that my students need to connect them with the sounds of France! We could listen to dialogs, French news, songs, and videos with real, deep, and authentic sound that will allow students to experience the hustle and bustle of the busy streets of Paris, overhear French conversations at a café in Tahiti, and experience the sounds of church bells tolling in the countryside on a Sunday noon.

These speakers would allow students to become immersed in French culture and create an authentic auditory experience that my personal laptop cannot deliver to a classroom filled with curious learners.

Your donations will allow my students to sit back, relax, and have French just wash over them, bringing learning to a whole new level--one that all students would be very thankful for!
