Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Have you ever had so much to plan and remember and no where to put it all?

Our school is located in Arizona, and we are a title 1 school which means that most of our students receive free or reduced lunch.

This means that many of my students are not able to purchase items on their own. It would really help them if they each had their own planner.

My Project

I am asking for planners for my student council kids. We have been using calendars, but they are not large enough to put all the information we need on them. Our student council is in charge of most of the main events held at school which include homecoming week, spring fling week, all assemblies and pep rallies, culture week, teacher appreciation, and much more. We are also in charge of approving clubs to do fundraisers, my students must have these fundraisers written down so that they can approve other clubs, and not create conflicts of the same fundraisers.

It is pertinent that my students are organized, and for this to happen they need to have student planners.

Teaching my students organization not only helps our school run smoothly, but helps my student learn essential skills for their future lives and careers.
