My Students

Stories come to life with digital story telling-you can help us create more stories-in less time-with a few more digital cameras my students can accomplish more!

My students are creative writers and are ready to make their own digital stories!

They have journals filled with comic books, fiction and nonfiction stories, poems, songs, and interviews. Before third grade is over I am trying to let each of them create a short digital story so I can give each of them a copy they can keep forever!

My Project

I am currently using my own digital camera and letting students take photos with partners for their stories, but we may not be finished in time unless we get a few more digital cameras! We need your help! They are being so patient, but we only have two stories finished and 22 more to go! I want students to leave third grade with a digital story from each student in their class. They inspire each other and I am hoping that through this project they will remember how much they enjoyed writing in third grade!

Please help our class create digital stories!

They are choosing their favorite story they have written and turning it into a mini movie for parents and friends to enjoy! However, unless we get a few more cameras we may not get to all the stories-(we are using my laptop and my personal digital camera right now! PLEASE HELP us with this technology project!
