They create wonderful computer animations and multimedia projects and don't have anywhere to store their projects. My students are high school students that live in a poor rural county. Many live in public housing. They love working with computers to make fun and educational multimedia projects. The hands-on activities help keep them motivated to learn. They are not pencil and paper students. My Project: The pen drives will allow my students to save the projects they create. They are not able to save their work to the computer at school. They have been using a digital locker to store their work, but the locker is not large enough to store large files. The students will learn how to scan images and be able to alter them on their computers. The majority of my students learn best when they are engaged in their own learning. A pen drive will give them the capability to show others the multimedia projects they create in my classroom. They may also be able to use those projects in other classes. A scanner will allow them to scan pictures and personal drawings to include in their projects. hide» My students need 30 flash drives to save their work in my computer class and a scanner to scan photos to be included in their projects. details» Apr 14 A donor
