My Students

Do you remember when you were in the first grade and you learned what a sentence was? Wow so much to learn! Nouns, pronouns, adjectives and verbs, subjects, and predicates...oh my! Isn't there a more fun way to learn this stuff?

My students are very hands on learners and we are a relatively new school with little supplies.

We would like some sentence building activities to spice up our centers and make our learning more fun. What a better way to learn grammar than with games. Isn't it easier to learn when it's more fun?

My Project

We are asking for magnets and stamps which contain the various parts of speech. Students will be able to create grammatically correct sentences and become better writers and readers. These activities are universal and will allow all of my students even language learners and those with special needs access to the curriculum.

We need your support to bring these activities into the hands of the very knowledge thirsty first graders.

I have very special students who deserve very special learning materials. Help us learn by helping make learning fun.
