This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
Computer teacher in a high poverty inner city school in North Carolina would love to feature student work with new working classroom computers.
Our school has over 85% of families at poverty level. Our school has old equipment, and our printers are breaking down. Students cannot print out and showcase the work they are proud of. They would love to have that opportunity.
In order to have students print out projects in their classroom we would need a couple more printers. Please help us!
Your help will enable students to print their projects and help them show pride in their achievements. They can put their PowerPoint projects on their fridge, paragraphs with drawings underneath of them, bingo cards, and so much more. Ownership of their projects is so important....and knowing they are able to produce successful projects they can be proud of is so important for their future. Your help would be so appreciated!
