Digital Camera Needed For Our Class Projects!

My students need a digital camera, a tripod, and a carrying case for our classroom projects.

Imagine a classroom that loves to use technology, but has no camera to make animation films or document our wonderful projects. I teach 5th grade at a Title One school in Southern California. My students are great, but they keep asking me when we will start our cut-paper animated film! My students enjoy creating projects and learning about the 50 states. They want to take this knowledge and make an animated film using cut-paper animation that they record with a digital camera.

This year my students are studying the United States, and we want to make a cut-paper animated movie, using a digital camera. My students have done the research on the 50 states, and now all we need is a digital camera and a tripod to make our cut-paper animation come alive!

Your help in donating a digital camera and a tripod will enable my students to take photos of their cut-paper project about the 50 states. We will upload the digital photos into my laptop, and the end result will be an animated film all about the 50 states!

Your generosity will help my students accomplish their goal of creating an animated movie. We also will be able to document the work on our great projects for years to come.
